- Recent PA / EA experience at senior executive level or recently have held a Board Secretary role
- Comfortable with minute taking, coordinating meetings and events, and managing budgets
- Knowledge of Board governance operations administration, procedures and compliance requirements
- Providing administrative assistance such as travel and accommodation arrangements, invoices and reconciliations.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders
