Key Responsibilities
  • Franchise Management: Oversee franchise agreements, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
  • Operations Leadership: Ensure efficient service delivery, solve operational challenges, and support contract start-ups.
  • Business Development: Secure new clients, upsell services, and prepare proposals and quotes.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships, resolve queries, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Health & Safety: Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with H&S standards.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, training, and support staff and franchisees.
  • Quality & Financial Oversight: Monitor service quality, manage financial performance, and support marketing initiatives.
