DATA ANALYST - PowerBIReady to take your data career to the next level? We are seeking a talented end to end Power BI Developer to join a tight knit team in a permanent role, based in East Auckland. If you are passionate about developing dashboards, converting data into insights, confident engaging with senior stakeholders, and thrive in a flexible work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating relationships between tables, measures, calculated columns, and using DAX.
  • Managing Power BI service, gateways and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cleaning, transforming, and loading data using Power Query and sometimes external tools like SQL
  • Connecting Power BI to various data sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Ensuring reports run efficiently with large datasets.
  • Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Interpreting data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Creating meaningful, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports for business users and presenting insights in a compelling narrative to aid business decision-making as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated end-to-end development experience in Power BI and SQL within complex environments.
  • Highly proficient in designing, developing, and deploying impactful BI solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills - confident, articulate, and comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including working with Department Heads and C-suite executives.
