- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents across D365 modules and related integrations.
- Configure and customise D365 forms, views, workflows, and business rules to support changing business needs.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
- Support end-users with D365 usage, training, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and testers.
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and release management.
- 2-4 years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of D365 configuration, security roles, and entity customisation.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, plugins, or basic JavaScript/PowerShell scripting is a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused communication.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
