You will have involvement along with the ability to contribute to the day to day planning and management of the farm with Health and Safety at forefront of mind.The Business:Southburn dairy ltd is located 12 min from timaru, we farm 1180ha made up of cropping, youngstock,beef and two dairy farms, 60 bail rotary and 40 aside herringbone.
Both farms run alongside each other under the same management.
The properties consist of rolling hills and flat land with pivot irrigation, k-lines and hard hose guns with a feed support block just 5kms down the road.

on farm training for all aspects of the role will be giving for the right applicant
having experience on rolling hills is a benefit but training will be provided
