- Only work Monday to Friday - no late nights, no weekends
- Once you are fully trained in the role (~6 months), and in agreement with your leader, there is the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week (we provide you with a laptop, headset, monitor, cables, mouse, and a keyboard to support this)
