About the role | Mō te tūranga mahiWe are recruiting for the Level 1 Recovery Assistant role.As a Recovery Assistant, you will provide rehabilitation support & services to our clients recovering from injuries to help them return to independence. At times your role will involve:

Having difficult conversations and delivering unfavourable news
Setting clear expectations on what we can and cannot support
Making the final decision in situations that aren't black and white

This role has a set start date of 10 November 2025 and requires set working hours during the initial training period. If successful, you will be working 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm.About you | MōuWe value potential and growth over perfection.
