Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionLOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and a passionate concierge wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. You will enjoy looking after our guests and working as part of a fun, talented & passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences.Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Shift Supervision across the concierge desk area
- Facilitating with guest arrivals, departures and during their stay
- Share local knowledge as well as driving loyalty and up sell hotel facilities
- Lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Liaise with all departments to ensure all necessary follow-up is conducted
- You will have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality and customer service
- Be flexible. You are expected to work a variety of shifts which includes weekends across a 7 day/ week roster including early mornings and late nights
- You are all about quality and presentation and you have the desire to progress in hospitality
- You are an approachable team player and you can think outside of the box
- Be able to manage multiple tasks at any given time
- Full NZ Drivers Licence is essential
- Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbal.
