For a leading finance company, we are seeking a Credit Manager to join our team. This role involves managing credit applications and ensuring compliance with lending criteria. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and lenders, to assess loan applications and make informed decisions. The position requires a strong understanding of property valuation, risk assessment, and industry regulations. The Credit Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with mortgage brokerage firms and referral partners, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and meeting sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic professional with a background in wealth management or financial advisory roles.Benefits

What you will Do?
  • Review borrower details, income, credit history, and financial stability for loan applications
  • Analyze property valuation to ensure alignment with loan amounts and ratios
  • Identify potential risks and ensure borrowers meet lending criteria
  • Work directly with customers, internal teams, and lenders to facilitate loan processes
  • Approve, decline, or recommend loan applications based on thorough analysis
Your Skills
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills in investment and portfolio planning
  • Proven success in sales with strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Experience in wealth management or related financial advisory roles
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships with high ethical standards
