You'll lead detailed design efforts, oversee as-built documentation, and champion quality assurance across the solution lifecycle.What You'll Do

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, supportable, and standards-compliant technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery squads to align on enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes across systems and teams.
Mentor engineers, uplift technical capability, and promote a collaborative engineering culture.
Ensure operational readiness through accurate documentation and proactive quality assurance.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in technical delivery, systems design, or infrastructure/application engineering.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical solutions.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, networking, or software stacks.
