- Analyse three waters asset data to evaluate performance and optimize asset planning and risk assessment.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of asset management information systems and data.
- Collaborate with external contractors for data collection and assessments.
- Provide analytical services aligned with our asset management strategy.
- Contribute to asset revaluations and asset/service risk improvement programs.
- Foster collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement in asset management practices.
- Provide professional advice and engage with stakeholders to address issues and generate solutions.
- Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Taumata Arowai and elected representatives.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical advice as needed.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, GIS, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of infrastructure experience with exposure to asset management.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure asset management principles.
- Proficiency in GIS systems and analytical tools.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Customer service oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Competent computer literacy, including asset management databases.
