Due to an internal promotion, we currently have a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage one of our teams of underwriting specialists in the personal insurance business. You will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences across the entire journey - from quote to renewal.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with partners (bankers, broker and advisers).
  • Providing appropriate reporting to partners to improve the service standards.
  • Attending operational partner meetings to report on team service and activities in order maintain and improve service delivery.
  • Recruiting, developing, leading, and motivating a highly performing team within our contact centre environment.
  • Driving process simplification within the business.
  • Ensuring efficiency and productivity goals are met.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous, demonstrated insurance experience within a contact centre environment
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • The ability to positively influence a team and others around you
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in writing reports and presenting to large groups
  • A customer centric focus
  • The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
