- Attending operational partner meetings to report on team service and activities in order maintain and improve service delivery.
- Recruiting, developing, leading, and motivating a highly performing team within our contact centre environment.
- Driving process simplification within the business.
- Ensuring efficiency and productivity goals are met.
- Previous, demonstrated insurance experience within a contact centre environment
- Excellent relationship management skills

- Excellent communication skills with experience in writing reports and presenting to large groups
