- Deliver accurate measurements, estimates, and cost control across foundation and civil projects
- Prepare detailed cost reports, track variations, and provide commercial insight using BuildExact (or similar software)
- Support the project team with financial recommendations that drive successful delivery
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep projects on track
- Apply your initiative and leadership potential within a skilled, collaborative team of three
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or proven relevant experience
- 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience in New Zealand, ideally within foundations, concrete, groundworks, or civil works
- Strong technical and commercial skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- A confident communicator who thrives on building trusted partnerships
- Someone with leadership potential - able to step up, take ownership, and drive results (formal staff management experience not required)
- Proficiency with BuildExact or other estimating/QS software is an advantage
