Create guest service satisfaction

Assist with customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Deliver room service orders while maintaining a high standard

Ensure room service trolleys are set-up correctly and empty food bags are collected promptly when guests have finished

Qualifications

Self motivated and energetic

Good interpersonal skills

Previous experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage but not essential

Ability to work under pressure & the skills to think on your feet to resolve any issues as is required
