
Head of Revenue Growth Management

- Shape strategy - develop and execute commercial strategies across pricing, promotions, pack architecture, trade terms and distribution mix, delivering on revenue and profit targets.
- Lead high performing teams - lead and coach our category management and pricing teams, building capability and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Optimise performance - oversee portfolio and assortment optimisation, identify market white space opportunities and lead category growth planning for the next 3 to 5 years.
- Leverage insights - use consumer data, business intelligence tools and advanced analytics (including AI) to sharpen pricing, demand forecasting and promotional ROI.
- Influence and collaborate cross-functionally - partner with leaders across the business to embed a revenue growth mindset and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- 5 to 8+ years' FMCG experience with expertise in revenue management, pricing, category management and/or commercial planning.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results through data-driven strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and influencing at all levels.
- Commercial and financial acumen with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, finance, economics, or similar (MBA desirable).
