- Understanding the Data Centre Business Ecosystem and identify new opportunities within client accounts
- Developing deep relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their digital strategy, and aligning solutions that drive results
- Working closely with channel partners, system integrators, and contractors to create new demand and close business
- Executing a quarterly/annual business plan across key verticals
- Building and managing a high-value pipeline using Salesforce and disciplined sales cadence
- Identifying new project opportunities - fitouts, upgrades, hybrid IT rollouts - and bringing in the right mix of hardware, software, and services
- Championing Schneider's sustainability and digital transformation value to your customers
- 3-5 years of sales outbound experience in the data centre Colocation & Telco industry with an interest in Digital Transformation
- Experience working with or through the IT channel
- Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, and exposure to data centres, infrastructure, software, or hybrid IT
- A natural relationship builder who can engage strategically and consultatively at all levels
- Experience managing a pipeline, creating account plans, and navigating complex sales
- Self-driven, commercially astute, and excited to be part of a fast-moving, purpose-led industry
- Background working with Co-Lo, Telco, or infrastructure projects
- Experience in or selling to Central Government agencies
- Understanding of critical power, cooling, edge computing, and DCPI solutions
