Understanding the Data Centre Business Ecosystem and identify new opportunities within client accounts
Developing deep relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their digital strategy, and aligning solutions that drive results
Working closely with channel partners, system integrators, and contractors to create new demand and close business
Executing a quarterly/annual business plan across key verticals
Building and managing a high-value pipeline using Salesforce and disciplined sales cadence
Identifying new project opportunities - fitouts, upgrades, hybrid IT rollouts - and bringing in the right mix of hardware, software, and services
Championing Schneider's sustainability and digital transformation value to your customers

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of sales outbound experience in the data centre Colocation & Telco industry with an interest in Digital Transformation
Experience working with or through the IT channel
Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, and exposure to data centres, infrastructure, software, or hybrid IT
A natural relationship builder who can engage strategically and consultatively at all levels
Experience managing a pipeline, creating account plans, and navigating complex sales
Self-driven, commercially astute, and excited to be part of a fast-moving, purpose-led industry

Bonus Points If You Have

Background working with Co-Lo, Telco, or infrastructure projects
Experience in or selling to Central Government agencies
Understanding of critical power, cooling, edge computing, and DCPI solutions
