You'll have your own portfolio consisting of two great national teams (Supply Chain and Information Services) whilst also creating effective sourcing strategies for a compelling candidate experience. You'll also play a key part in contributing to HR programs and initiatives to enhance organisational performance, supervisor capability and employee experience.Through this work at the end of every day, you know that you've contributed in some way to making a difference in someone's lifeAbout the teamThis role will join the HR Partner team. We're a small team with lofty ambitions for how we can impact the organisation and our colleagues. Having recently reviewed our team promise to the business we've added new focus areas of talent acquisition and employee engagement. We love talking about the latest ideas from neuroscience, org psych and wellbeing and the opportunities these bring. And within our wider HR team you'll work with motivated colleagues who enjoy improving the way we do things and building strong relationships across the business through our portfolio model.About youYou might currently be in a recruitment role and wanting to grow your HR partnering skills or be a HR advisor with a passion for attracting talent. Either way you'll get a buzz from finding great people and look forward to combining it with a HR generalist role. You'll have experience working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop plans and initiatives, take a flexible approach depending on the situation and be willing to try new things.In addition, you will be:- Curious about the business and what we are trying to achieve and be open to new ideas in the way we respond to opportunities and challenges- Confident in building strong relationships with customers with experience in taking a joint problem solving approach- Able to adapt to varying workloads and manage competing priorities- Flexible to travel and visit NZBS sites across the Central and Southern regions on a regular basisWhat we offer
