We are seeking mechanically minded people to join our small manufacturing team in producing rubber products for the dairy industry, based in the Wigram area.This position involves operating multiple machines, monitoring production and making sure the quality of the product comes out with minimal faults. This is a fast-paced role and will require someone with mechanical experience and a sharp eye.What we are looking for:

Experienced machine operators
Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality
Flexibility and reliability (weekend work will be required at times)

What the role has to offer:

12-hour shifts - rotating shift patterns
Night shift 6 pm - 6 am
Operating multiple rubber-making machines
Ongoing training and opportunities
Safe and clean working environment

To be considered:

Able to pass all pre-employment checks, including a drug test and police check
Have reliable transport for work
Have the correct working rights in NZ
