🔧 Machine Operators Wanted - Rubber & Silicone Manufacturing 🔧🕒 ASAP Start Available!We're expanding our production team and looking for reliable, mechanically-minded Machine Operators to help us manufacture high-quality rubber and silicone products used across a range of industries.If you've got a knack for working with machinery, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - we want to hear from you!What the role involves:

Operating and monitoring rubber and silicone processing machinery
Performing basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
Quality-checking parts to meet production standards
Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
Collaborating closely with team members and supervisors

Shift Info:
🕕 Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
🌙 Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
📅 Must be flexible with shift days (including weekends)What we're looking for:
✅ Mechanically minded - experience with industrial machinery is a big plus
✅ Fast learner with a keen eye for detail
✅ Extremely reliable with a strong work ethic
✅ Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
✅ A true team player with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat you need:

Must have valid working rights in NZ
Reliable transport to and from work
Pass pre-employment checks including criminal history, and drug screening
