With more than 150 injection moulding and extrusion machines and in-house tool and machine production, they're leaders in innovation and precision manufacturing.We're currently seeking a Machine Operator to join their team on either day or night shift.Shifts available:

Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am

Training will be on a 42-hour week, Monday to Friday. Shift pattern may include every second weekend once trained.Key Duties:

Machine operating
Quality control
Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Cleaning and general factory duties
Physically demanding work - regularly lifting 15kg hot moulds from machines
Working as part of a team to ensure production targets and quality standards are met

We're looking for someone who:

Is mechanically minded with strong practical skills
Can work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Is physically fit and able to lift 15kg repeatedly
Has great attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Is reliable, punctual and a team player
Has previous machine operating experience within a factory or manufacturing environment
