Step into a career where your actions today help power tomorrow.What you'll do:As National Delivery Manager - LPG Operations, you'll lead the safe, reliable, and cost-efficient delivery of LPG nationwide. You'll be a key member of the LPG senior leadership team, with responsibility for operational performance and strategy execution across New Zealand.Some of the key responsibilities are:

Lead and support 25 depot teams (approx.. 125 staff) nationwide
Foster a strong, high-performing team culture underpinned by safety and customer centricity
Manage depot budgets and optimise operating expense
Ensure safe and compliant of LPG products
Act as a key link between LP operations and the wider business to deliver on Gen35 objectives

What you'll bring:

Proven senior leadership experience across multiple sites and larger teams
Strong HSE and process safety background
Current Dangerous Goods (DG) endorsement or willingness to complete training
Experience managing P&L and applying data insights for operational decisions
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationship and resolutions
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively across all levels of the business
