- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across multiple levels of each organisation.
- Act as the primary contact for key accounts, understanding their business, challenges, and goals.
- Create and execute account strategies to meet sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximise profitability.
- Work closely with internal teams, dealers, and international partners to deliver solutions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Prepare account performance reports, forecasts, and reviews for management.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and account management principles.
- Ability to develop strategic, long-term account plans.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and strategy.
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Knowledge of FUSO, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner products is an advantage.
