Health Social Work is a key component in the multidisciplinary team in supporting whanau through their health journey.Relationship building, advocacy and coordination skills are essential. The work is complex, challenging, varied and rewarding.This role is a permanent 0.9 FTE position, working 36 hours per week.Key requirements
Current registration with the New Zealand Social Workers Registration Board
Recognised tertiary qualification in Social Work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience working with Maori
Experience working with complexity and diversity with a focus on equitable outcomes
