- Implement industry-standard approaches to project management across the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close key projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across science, engineering, software, and quality management
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
- Convene and chair meetings, develop agendas, take minutes, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, addressing issues proactively
- Manage budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate closely with Quality and Product Managers to maintain alignment with business goals and required standards
- Facilitate continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting change management activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field
- MBA, Master’s in Project Management, or formal project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Substantial experience managing complex projects, ideally within biotech, agriculture, engineering, or software/R&D environments
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities
- Excellent communication, organisation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana
- Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to identify issues and develop workable strategies
