They pride themselves on their collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to innovation.The Opportunity:They require a Hybrid Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a unique blend of Quantity Surveying expertise and strong drafting or architectural skills. This role is ideal for someone who started their career in draughting or architecture and has since transitioned into the Quantity Surveying profession, bringing with them a valuable design and technical background.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
Interpret architectural drawings and contribute to the drafting of technical documents when required.
Conduct measurements and valuations.
Prepare and manage BOQs, variations, and progress claims.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout project lifecycles.
Support in feasibility studies and budget estimations, drawing on both QS and design insight.

Ideal Candidate:

Background in architecture, draughting, or technical drawing, with formal transition into Quantity Surveying.
3+ years' relevant experience in QS roles (including experience in measurement and cost planning).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and procurement.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
