- Hospitals/Health Services, by understanding their workforce regulatory requirements and assisting them to ensure all compliance legislation is met.
- Doctors, by assisting them through the documentation requirements and travel/accommodation needs for their work placements.
- Recruitment Consultants, by collaborating to provide a premium level of service to our doctors and clients aligned with Medrecruit values.
- Coordinating complex travel and accommodation arrangements across multiple placements.
- Interpreting and managing the accurate completion of compliance and regulatory documentation.
- Maintaining doctor and client records in line with legislative requirements.
- Preparing final reports outlining details of work placements.
- Supporting in various administrative tasks, such as Reference Checking, Police History Checks and other Work related clearances.
- A persuasive communicator who relishes the opportunity to build lasting relationships.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills.
- A natural problem solver who is solutions focused.
- Comfortable multitasking and balancing continuously shifting priorities.
- Able to negotiate successfully whilst maintaining integrity with all parties.
- Articulate and professional in all forms of communication.
- Able to work autonomously, within a team.
- Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in providing exceptional customer service and support to others.
- Experienced in working in a commercial environment, with direct exposure to clients.
- Tertiary qualified preferred.
