- Engage with our suppliers and mandarin speaking customers face to face, over the phone, and via email.
- Recommend suitable products, process orders, and manage sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track orders and arrange timely deliveries.
- Take clear briefs from stakeholders and prepare accurate quote documentation.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leaders to capture opportunities through daily and weekly planning.
- Bring a strong work ethic, approachable nature and committed to delivering deliver great service to everyone you meet.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure.
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English with excellent strong written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems.
- Knowledge of building products or the construction industry is preferred.
