We specialize in a range of projects, including road construction, maintenance, earthworks, utilities, marine works, and major national projects.Position Overview:HEB Construction is seeking a dedicated a Supervisor with 3-Waters experience to join our Southern Civil team and contribute to the success of utility management projects around Otago. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating work and crews, ensuring excellence in delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality in large pipeline, deep trenching (in often challenging ground conditions), and Pump Station and Treatment Plant construction projectsKey Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate utilities projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
  • Lead and mentor a skilled workforce to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in pipes, drainage, pump and treatment plants, and 3-waters infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • A commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
