- 12+ months' experience in customer service and administration
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- A warm, approachable personality with a passion for hosting and hospitality
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Alignment with Ngāi Tahu values - open to learning te reo Māori and tikanga
- Class 2 Drivers Licence and/or P Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in the tourism industry
- A knack for capturing memorable moments for our manuhiri (visitors)
