Operate high-performance jet boats through breathtaking alpine scenery
Engage with customers, sharing the rich stories of our whenua and Ngāi Tahu culture
Conduct daily boat checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and presentation
Work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
Work alongside an awesome team, thriving in a high-energy outdoor environment

The Qualities We're Looking For

A full driver's license (Class 2 & P Endorsement would be advantageous)
Physically & mentally resilient and able to adapt to changing situations
A safety-first mindset and strong situational awareness
A passion for adventure tourism and delivering world-class experiences
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure
Willingness to embrace Ngāi Tahu values, tikanga, and te reo Māori
Jet boat driving experience is a plus, but full training is provided
A strong team player, always willing to collaborate
Passionate about engaging with people, building connections, and sharing knowledge
