- Media Booking & Administration:
- Accurately input media booking entries into the Pegasus system within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Instruct key numbers with TV networks.
- Create IMBA (Investment Media Booking Authorisation) documents, sourcing necessary specifications and contact details from media suppliers.
- Check proformas against media plans and supplier contracts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Download TV holdings into Pegasus and manage network file transfers and cross referencing client airtime.
- Media vendor set up administration
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media owners.
- Attend supplier presentations and actively participate in discussions, contributing to the team's understanding of the media landscape.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct weekly analysis of TV audience data, identifying key viewership trends.
- Prepare and distribute regular updates on viewership trends to agency teams.
- TV Buying Support:
- Develop skills and knowledge related to TV buying, including learning and utilizing TVMap and ETAM tools.
- Creation of TV spot lists for clients
- Assist with the preparation of buy sheets and post-campaign analysis.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Investment Team as required.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to gain knowledge of the media industry.
- Attend all relevant training sessions for media and finance systems
- Update timesheets on a weekly basis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
