- Significant experience in "boots on dirt" recruitment sales.
- A strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
- The ability to manage and track activities in a CRM database.
- Resilience to work under pressure and bounce back from setbacks.
- Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills.
