Job Description:The CompanyMy client is an environmentally focused, high-growth company with private equity backing going through a period of growth. Due to changes in the business, they are looking for a Finance Business Partner, with a strong operational bend, to join the team on an initial 4-month contract.The RoleAs a Finance Business Partner, you will be reporting to an impressive CFO. You'll act as the finance liaison between operational teams and leadership, providing analytical insights to steer financial decision-making. Your role will involve forecasting, budgeting, performance monitoring, and supporting growth strategies aligned with the company's mission. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Compilations of board reports
Weekly performance meetings with GM's and Regional Managers
Margin Analysis
Quarterly forecasting
Budgeting
Reporting on complex intercompany transactions
Investor reporting

Your profile:To be suitable for this role you must be CA or CPA qualified with 5-7 years of experience in commercial industries - manufacturing/construction experience is preferred. Experience with PowerBI is highly desirable.How to apply
