This role is central to ensuring our cross-school staffing data and recruitment information is up to date, accurate, and supports timely decision-making.You'll be involved in a range of work, including:
  • Monitoring and managing the Cross School Staffing Spreadsheet (CSSS)
  • Analysing recruitment reports and updating records based on information from HR and regional teams
  • Supporting recruitment actions including progress updates on start dates, FTE changes, and contract types
  • Undertake administration relating to staffing, recruitment and appointment processes as required
  • Collating and analysing staffing data to inform planning and decision-making

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally with a focus on staffing, HR, or data management
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • The ability to analyse and present information clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to support with staffing processes
