- Handle all incoming calls, route them to the right department, and assist where needed.
- Maintain dealership cleanliness, including café and kitchen areas.
- Process paperwork accurately and on time, including LTSA (Land Transport and Safety Authority) documentation, invoices, and service documents.
- Support Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks, such as processing timecards, purchase orders, and LTSA registration documents.
- Manage Health & Safety compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
- High computer literacy with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- A keen eye for detail and maintaining organised records.
