  • referral management
  • waitlist management
  • scheduling appointments
  • procurement
  • following up where appropriate
  • assisting with all things administrative to support the team.
About the Team/Service/LocationOur team of Allied Health professionals include physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers and clinical needs assessors who support the recovery of our patients. In this role, you will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the Allied Health Department by providing an efficient and timely administration support function where required that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.Our fabulous Waitaki district is known for its affordable living, spectacular landscapes, braided rivers, geological marvels, beautiful lakes, long beaches, steampunk sculptures, and of course the penguins!   • excellent computer skills to a high quality
  • the ability to work well in a team and foster good interpersonal relationships
  • the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • to take responsibility for work plus demonstrate the ability to be flexible and cope with fluctuating work demands
  • have initiative and self-motivation with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
