About the roleThe Marketing Communications Specialist for Aliaxis NZ is at the forefront of content creation, social media strategy, and communication plans, acting as the brand guardian for our business and brand identities.The role involves managing our social presence, supporting product launches, and driving industry, staff and community engagement. They plan and execute internal and external communications plans, manage digital assets and utilise technology to maximise customer engagement.The role is pivotal in aligning our marketing efforts with business objectives, fostering strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.What will you do?Develop and manage content, in collaboration with a creative agency, to enhance brand leadership, engage audiences, and grow commercial and product brandsLead social media strategy, content creation, and engagement across platforms, ensuring professional and timely responses aligned with the company’s valuesSupport communication plans for product launches, campaigns, and key segments with the Marketing Services teamCreate and execute messaging strategies to promote sustainability initiatives and achievementsFoster community and industry engagement by promoting sponsorships and initiativesDrive internal communications through town halls, digital updates, and supporting HR initiativesManage multimedia content, including photography and videography for products and case studiesPlan and execute marketing email campaigns, automation journeys, and performance analysis using CRM toolsOversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) projects, ensuring data integrity and system effectivenessDevelop and oversee communications budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising qualityAbout youA bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications with 3 - 8 years of experienceStrong writing, editing, communication, and attention to detailSkilled in tailoring content for diverse audiences and mediumsProficient in digital communications, including social media, websites, and digital advertisingEffective at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and solving problems creativelyExcellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaborativelyExperienced in stakeholder managementProficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, marketing automation, photography, and videography is a plusWhy join us?You will enjoy working for a business that is conscious about what we do, how it operates and our impact on the environmentEnjoy the freedom of flexible working arrangementIndustry leading paid parental leave - 26 weeks paid parental leave for primary carer and 4 weeks paid secondary carerAnnual bonus based on performanceAccess to a comprehensive Employee Assistance ProgramWe celebrate the achievements of our team members with our Employee Recognition Programs and Service AwardsDiversity, equity, and inclusion is close to our heart as a global business, you will have the opportunity to join the DEI councilA safe work environment with a strong focus on "Go for Zero"
