- work collaboratively with other agencies and districts to develop and deliver 'fit-for-purpose' policy that supports safe and effective healthcare delivery for our people, families and whānau.
- Relevant bachelor's degree-level qualification
- Three to five years' experience working in document control and quality assurance
- More than five years' experience in a leadership or management role that interfaces with the public and/or with consumer/whānau of services
- Understands strategic context, current policy agendas, and priorities
- Knowledge of the national health policy environment
- Current knowledge of clinical care delivery systems
- Experience working in a leadership role in the healthcare sector
