Relevant bachelor's degree-level qualification
Three to five years' experience working in document control and quality assurance
More than five years' experience in a leadership or management role that interfaces with the public and/or with consumer/whānau of services
Understands strategic context, current policy agendas, and priorities
Desirable:
Knowledge of the national health policy environment
Current knowledge of clinical care delivery systems
Experience working in a leadership role in the healthcare sector
