Following a full transformation, we are searching for a talented Bar Manager / Mixologist to craft an unforgettable drinking experience that matches the property’s spectacular Lake Wakatipu views.This is not your average bar role, you’ll lead the creation of a signature cocktail menu, curate a premium spirits selection, and work with our Head Chef to deliver seamless food and beverage pairings. Qualifications

Current New Zealand alcohol certifications (LCQ, Duty Manager’s Certificate or equivalent).
Proven experience managing a bar and delivering innovative cocktail programs.
Strong product knowledge across premium wines, spirits, and mixology trends.
Leadership skills to inspire and mentor a high-energy team.
A passion for service excellence and creating unique guest experiences.
