We're seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Dynamics 365 expertise to join our client on a 6-month contract engagement. This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced delivery environments, takes a practical approach, and knows how to add value without over-engineering.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality analysis in an Agile environment, keeping documentation clear, concise, and fit-for-purpose.
Document current and future state process flows.
Ask the right questions to uncover the full picture, balancing business context with technical detail.
Confidently navigate Dynamics 365, collaborating with the vendor and internal teams.
Facilitate workshops, build rapport quickly, and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
Support testing activities, including UAT, ensuring smooth business adoption.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Dynamics 365 environments.
Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
Practical problem-solver with a common-sense approach to delivery.
Hands-on experience supporting UAT and end-to-end testing.
