- Drive Strategic Vision: Set and align the New Zealand Claims strategic vision with our global objectives to ensure we meet our customers' evolving needs.
- Budget Mastery: Lead the development and proactive management of the NZ Claims annual budget, ensuring financial targets are not only met but exceeded.
- People Management: Mentor and develop a team of claims professionals, guiding them to deliver top-notch service while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Vendor Relations: Oversee all contracts and relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with New Zealand policies while maximizing business value.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operational procedures meet regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of legal compliance and business continuity planning.
