Auckland, Wellington or ChristchurchI am looking for a qualified and top Digital Lead to join my client in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch (or remote with some travel)Feel like you are not progressing at your current company and time for a change of scenery? Very reputable kiwi company with supporting offices across the country.This is your opportunity to be involved in leading digital delivery across the business - streamlining systems, guiding multidisciplinary project teams, and shaping the future of digital engineering with a clear pathway to leadership roles.Our preferred candidate will have the following attributes:
- Minimum 5+ years CAD design experience in infrastructure, land development, and/or water resources
- 8+ years' project experience across varying scales and complexities
- Strong leadership in BIM standards development and information management
- Good working knowledge of NZ design codes and practices
- Experience with ISO19650 best practice project management and CDE Workflows
- NZ citizen or Resident preferred
- Experience with AI tools, automation, or scripting (Python, Dynamo, JavaScript)
- Background with digital platforms (e.g. 12d Synergy, GIS, ACC)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical experience
