- Overseeing the performance, operations, and user experience of digital commerce platforms to ensure seamless discovery, checkout, and after-sales processes.
- Executing digital campaigns, launches, targeted promotions, and online offers.
- Streamlining go-to-market processes and improving governance to enable the creation of tradable sites, online offers, and online products.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing timely channel performance updates to senior management.
- A strong understanding of digital operations, with a focus on back-end processes and a go-to-market (GTM) lens.
- Familiarity with best practices in digital marketing and a background in operations.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Analytics Workspace or similar analytics tools, as well as visual analytics and session recording tools like Hotjar or SessionCam.
- Experience with experimentation or personalisation on digital channels to improve performance.
- An understanding of operations fundamentals, incorporating and integrating with new trends like social commerce and the impact of Generative AI on the commerce landscape.
- Proven track record of significantly growing online sales.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Strategic and Hands-on: The ability to provide strategic leadership while also meticulously executing tasks.
