A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Coordinator to provide crucial administrative support within a key Crown Entity. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract with a possibility for extension or permanent placement.This position is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, which is crucial for the team's smooth and efficient operation.Key Responsibilities
  • Document and File Management: You will be responsible for preparing, managing, and formatting documents.
  • Administrative Support: Your duties will include managing team calendars and deadlines, coordinating travel, and planning meetings.
  • Financial Administration: You will prepare monthly client bills and process invoices.
  • Relationship Management: This role requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have proven business support experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
