- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned product portfolios
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships to protect and grow margins
- Drive new business development and maintain a strong project pipeline
- Champion client portfolios internally, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues
- Leverage Salesforce CRM and digital marketing to accelerate projects and deliver results
- A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related technical discipline (commercial qualifications an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales and account management within specialty chemicals, ingredients, or related industries
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving growth
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Curiosity, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
