- Establishing and maintaining high presence in the market
- Conducting property inspections, assessing market conditions, and providing expert advice to clients
- Creating and executing effective strategies to maximise outcomes for clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams nationally to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions
- Staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Maintaining a strong network of internal and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities
- REA salesperson's license
- Proven track record of high performance in sales or leasing would make for a successful transition into this role
- Understanding of the local retail property market and established network of clients
