They are committed to excellence and innovation, and are looking for a talented Senior Civil Estimator to join their dynamic team.As Senior Civil Estimator, you will play a crucial role in shaping their project portfolio. You'll leverage your extensive experience to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects ranging from $15 million and above. Your analytical skills and strategic approach will ensure that they continue to win significant contracts and deliver outstanding value to both their clients and the company.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed cost estimates for a wide range of civil and infrastructure projects.
Analyse project plans, specifications, and contractual documents to determine scope and identify risks.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.
Utilise industry knowledge and analytical skills to develop competitive pricing strategies.
Maintain an excellent track record of winning projects by delivering precise and compelling bids.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that benefit both the client and the contractor.

I'm looking for:

Proven experience as a Senior Civil Estimator in the civil and infrastructure sector.
A successful track record of securing projects with values of $15 million and upwards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex project requirements and deliver accurate estimates.
A client-focused approach with the ability to balance the interests of both the client and the contractor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
