The portfolio reflects a well established, pasture based system focused on performance, people and sustainability. These large-scale operations consistently deliver strong results.With a capable on farm operators in place, the Dairy Operations Manager will focus on lifting overall system performance, ensuring compliance, coaching and providing technical support across the portfolio. This role requires someone who can bring alignment, connection and strategic clarity to day-to-day operations and thrives in a values led business, motivated by this purpose as much as performance.This is a role of genuine influence and accountability. From milk production and livestock performance to team culture and community outcomes, the successful candidate will drive results where they matter most. It calls for resilience, sound judgement, and a steady hand under pressure and will suit someone who is committed to operational excellence and motivated by the opportunity to lead alongside good people doing meaningful work.What You'll Bring
  • Senior level experience in dairy operations, ideally across multiple farms or regions
  • Proven leadership capability, with a track record of developing people, setting standards and building culture
  • Strong technical skills in feed systems, livestock performance and compliance
  • Financial acumen and confidence in managing operational budgets and capital investment
  • A calm and considered leadership style, with integrity and resilience
