Job DescriptionWealleans Group is a leader in agricultural support services, with a proud 75-year history of delivering ground spreading, cartage, engineering and nutrient supply solutions to some of New Zealand's most progressive farmers. With strong community roots and an eye on the future, the business continues to evolve through investment in people, systems and innovation.This newly created senior role is central to the Group's next chapter. Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager, Partnerships & Growth will lead strategic client engagement and drive the development of solutions that respond to a changing environment.Success in this role will come from the ability to build and deepen relationships with the Group's most important clients, identify and act on growth opportunities and ensure Wealleans continues to deliver industry leading service and reliability. This is a visible, hands on role that requires strong commercial judgement, the confidence to coach and influence others and a natural ability to translate market change into forward-looking strategy.The General Manager - Partnerships & Growth will provide day-to-day leadership across the customer support and sales functions, including direct reports. A key early priority will be to establish and implement a sales strategy that effectively segments and targets Wealleans' diverse customer base. Alongside this, the role will mentor and develop internal sales capability and take the lead in evaluating and resourcing the team structure required to support future growth.Thinking of applying?
