Ki te tī, ki te tā, ki te katoa – Anytime, anywhere, anyone.Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position:We are looking for enthusiastic Student and Whānau Support Advisors to join our team in Wellington.As a Student and Whanau Support Advisor, you will be the point of contact for students, supervisors and school coordinators and provide seamless pre-enrolment, enrolment and post enrolment support for students and whanau.This position involves a variety of duties such as:
  • Respond to incoming queries in a timely and supportive manner
  • Provide advice and support to student and supervisors for the online learning programmes
  • Review enrolment applications and make appropriate decisions
